   Angela Siegel     I’m honored to be a part of the committee for Starry Starry Night, supporting the STAR Institute. I am originally from Arizona, my husband and I have been married since 2001 and enjoy being involved in our community, hiking, biking, cooking, traveling, and spending time with our two dogs. My career is in digital marketing and lead generation, mostly within higher education working with universities and digital marketing agencies. Our close friends’ grandson has SPD and they invited us to the first Starry Starry Night gala. We are proud to contribute and be a part of the event to help make a difference for children and their families.

   Nancy Silver    Nancy Silver is the Vice President of Organizational Development for Phoenix based Classic Hotels & Resorts, a boutique hotel management company with properties in Arizona and California, including the newly branded Scott Resort & Spa, and Arizona Grand. With over 25 years in Human Resources, Nancy has spent her professional life inspiring people and organizations, creating optimal, visual and measurable results in service, leadership, relationships, wellness and teamwork. Nancy’s career highlights include opening the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale, 17 years with Destination Hotels as the Area HR Director for Royal Palms Resort and Spa, leading her own HR/service consulting company and transitioning the former Ritz Carlton Phoenix into the new Camby Hotel. Most noteworthy is Nancy’s personalized connection to culture creation, community, commitment to service excellence, talent search, training and organizational development.

  Kristen Lee   Kristen Lee is a busy mother, wife, and attorney with Fennemore Craig.  Kristen and her family been supporters of Ellie and the STAR Center for years, and she is excited to be a part of the Starry Starry Night Committee.  Her two boys, Justin and Scott, are the same ages as Ellie and her brother Lucca, and it means so much to watch them all grow up together and thrive with the support of this amazing community.

  Najla Kayyem   Ms. Kayyem is the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Pacific Retail Capital Partners (PRCP). In this role she oversees comprehensive branding, strategic communications, repositioning, public relations and marketing activities for PRCP’s expanding portfolio of properties.  Prior to PRCP, Kayyem was CEO for SICFIT, a national lifestyle fitness brand where she drove the strategic expansion of the SICFIT brand, which includes gyms, competitions, retail, media and virtual networking.

  David Reinfeld   Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, David is returning home as a full-time MBA Student at Arizona State University after spending several years working in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations at technology startup businesses in San Francisco, California.  He met Bob Vossoughi through a mutual friend and was moved by both his personal story as well as what the STAR Institute is accomplishing.  This is his first year working with us but is looking forward to many more to come.

David Reinfeld

  Dr. Carol Stock Kranowitz   During her 25-five year career as a preschool teacher, Carol Stock Kranowitz introduced Sensory Processing Disorder to parents and educators around the world through her groundbreaking book,  The Out-of-Sync Child .  This first book in the “ Sync ” series has been translated into many languages, has sold one million copies, and has been selected by "Brain, Child" Magazine as one of the top ten books about children with disabilities.  Her most recent book is,  The Out-of-Sync Child Grows Up .  Carol is in constant demand as a speaker, nationally and internationally, and is tireless in explaining SPD’s effect on children’s learning and behavior and how families, teachers, therapists, and other professionals can help at home, at school, and out in the world.  A graduate of Barnard College, Carol earned her master’s degree in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University.  She lives in Bethesda, Maryland, is an accomplished classical cellist, and dotes on her five grandchildren.
